Chislehurst Recreation Ground

Chislehurst Conservatives are delighted at the news that the Recreation Ground will shortly be upgraded. Building is underway on a new pavilion, providing changing rooms for our local football team, FC Elmstead and improved community facilities.

In addition, it is intended that the café will open 7 days a week, providing refreshments and also much needed provision of toilets.

FC Elmstead was formed in 1958. It encourages and enables up to 200 children and 60 adults to play on a regular basis. The club also has a thriving Saturday morning soccer school for 5-8 years olds. All new players are welcome, especially under 12s.

If you are interested in joining this vibrant local football club please contact Martin Somers on 07766 467098.

Further details of the scheme can be found on the Bromley Planning Portal - application no. 14/04436/FULL1
